If you are feeling stuck in challenging relationship patterns or find yourself frustrated by behaviors that limit your goals, please know that every experience—whether joyful or painful—offers an opportunity for deeper self-understanding and personal growth.

I aim to build a therapeutic relationship grounded in mutual trust, respect, and curiosity. My clinical approach is informed by attachment theory, which explores how our early relationships shape how we regulate and express emotions. When these connections are disrupted, it can lead to distress or the development of coping strategies—such as substance use, self-criticism, or food—that provide temporary relief but may ultimately reinforce feelings of disconnection.

My practice is integrative and trauma-informed. In addition to attachment-based work, I utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you process traumatic experiences and develop greater self-compassion.

Entering therapy is a courageous step toward reconnecting with yourself and others. I am committed to providing a safe, accepting environment where we can explore the roots of your pain and develop the tools necessary for a more fulfilling life.

In addition to psychotherapy, I assist clients with clinical documentation for FMLA requests and short-term disability when mental health concerns impact daily functioning and work capacity.
