Shawn Dick serves as the Operations Manager at Empower Therapy, where he is dedicated to ensuring that daily operations run smoothly and that every family receives consistent, high-quality support. With a strong foundation in clinical care and a passion for organizational leadership, Shawn brings a thoughtful, client-centered approach to his role.
He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin and has been part of the Empower Therapy team for over three and a half years. During that time, he has worked in both clinical and operational capacities, giving him a well-rounded understanding of the needs of clients, families, and staff alike.
Shawn is deeply committed to making a meaningful, positive impact within the community. His long-term goal of operating his own therapeutic practice continues to drive his dedication to excellence, collaboration, and compassionate care. In his current role, he strives to create a seamless experience for families while supporting the team in delivering the highest standard of service.
Outside of work, Shawn enjoys running, working on his truck, and spending time outdoors.
