Jess E. Hale

Jess E. Hale, Occupational Therapist, spent 15 years in mental health services/social services working with little children to end of life adults prior to her journey as an Occupational Therapist. She attended Texas State then onto University of St. Augustine to obtain her degree. She has spent time in Home Health, Clinical Rehab, and Outpatient Pediatric settings which all lead to the role at Empower. After foundational work in OT started, Jess grew her skills and developed her techniques to specialize and offer the much needed “Emotional Regulation Occupational Therapy” offering rare support to children in the area.
